Well...not the official decision yet...but at least a reply, saying:
"Thanks very much for your enquiry. I hope you understand that this is the type of query that I'd have to run by one of our directors. I should hopefully be able to do this today. With this in mind, I would like to think I'll be in a position to answer your enquiry either today or tomorrow."
